Essensual Conference & Retreat – Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have carefully read and understood all Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing a ticket or gaining entry into this event, you are agreeing to abide by all of the following:

General Liability

All facilities are used at the guest’s own risk.

The Essensual Conference and Retreat, its organisers, employees, and facilitators accept no responsibility for damage, loss, injury, or illness occurring during the event.

Guests accept full liability for loss, damage, or injury to their person, possessions, or property.

Guests indemnify The Essensual Conference and Retreat, its organisers, employees, and facilitators against any lawsuit, claim, action, or demand relating to negligence, personal injury, property loss, or damage.

Participation in Activities

•Guests participate in all activities (yoga, dance, breathwork, light sessions, sound journeys, swimming, etc.) at their own risk.

•Please honour your body’s limits at all times during any physical practice.

•If you have an existing health condition, it is your responsibility to inform the facilitator before participating.

•If you sustain any injury during the retreat, you accept liability and indemnify The Essensual Conference and Retreat and its team accordingly.

Ticket Sales and Event Changes

•All ticket sales are final — no refunds will be issued.

•The Essensual Conference and Retreat reserves the right to modify the programme if necessary, including facilitator or schedule changes.

•The Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time prior to the event without prior notice.

Substance-Free Environment

•To honour the coherence of the collective field, we request that guests abstain from alcohol, recreational drugs, and mind-altering substances for the duration of the event.

•Conscious presence is part of our retreat intention.

Media Consent

•By attending, you grant permission for photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken at the event to be used for promotional purposes.

•If you prefer not to be photographed, please advise the organisers upon arrival.

Children at Retreats

•Children are welcome with parental supervision and at the discretion of the organisers.

•Parents are fully responsible for their children’s safety, behaviour, and adherence to all event guidelines.

•Children must remain within designated areas unless accompanied by a parent.

Parking and Swimming

•Parking is permitted in designated areas only and is at your own risk.

•Swimming is permitted at your own risk — please exercise caution and personal responsibility.

Force Majeure Clause

•The organisers shall not be held responsible for cancellation, delays, or changes caused by acts of nature, political unrest, or other events beyond their control.

•In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but alternative arrangements will be communicated if possible.

Campsite and Tipi Village Guidelines

•Respect the natural environment — no picking of flowers, damaging flora/fauna, or feeding wildlife.

•Fires are permitted only in designated areas (maximum of three fires at the event, monitored by organisers).

•Short showers are encouraged to conserve hot water.

•Store food securely to protect it from wildlife.

•Keep campsites tidy and free of litter at all times.

•No unattended candles inside tipis.

•Please bring your own wood or arrange to purchase wood from us beforehand.

•Dogs are welcome at designated retreats, provided they are well-behaved, on a lead near livestock, and under owner supervision at all times. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets.

Final Notes

We are creating a sacred, joyful, safe space for all participants.

Please honour the spirit of community, respect, responsibility, and conscious participation.
