Cancellation Policy – Essensual Living Conferences and Retreats

We understand that life is dynamic and unexpected changes can arise.

Please review our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Cancellation Terms

• More than 90 days before the event:
  100% refund, less a non-refundable R850 administration fee.
• 46 to 90 days before the event:
  65% of total payment refunded.
• 30 to 45 days before the event:
  50% of total payment refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the event:
  No refunds available.
• Once the programme has started:
  No refunds will be issued.

Event Cancellation Policy

If Essensual Living must cancel the event for any reason (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, force majeure),

you will receive a full refund of your event payment.

Please note:

Essensual Living is not responsible for refunding participants’ travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other personal arrangements made in connection with the event.

We strongly recommend that you confirm the status of your retreat or programme with us before finalising travel bookings.

Additional Notes

• Deposits and payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
• Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days.
