My name is Lara Light, and my work lives at the meeting point of light, body, beauty, and presence.
I help people remember who they are through colour resonance, mirror geometry, and somatic visioning.
I am both guide and student of light — a listener, a builder, a translator.
Everything I offer has been lived.
Meet the Work
Lara Light is a kaleidoscopic light therapist, intuitive system builder, and creator of the Light Literacy™ framework — a colour-based modality that activates inner coherence through somatic and perceptual recalibration.
Her work blends colour therapy, sacred geometry, mirror field work, and light projection to support emotional integration, symbolic insight, and embodied presence. Drawing from over two decades of practice, she now teaches others how to read, trust, and respond to the language of light.
Lara is also a kaleidoscope artist, creating handcrafted optical instruments and large-scale installations for healing environments, retreats, and immersive spaces. Her work lives equally in the therapeutic and the aesthetic — where transformation is both felt and seen.
A Personal Journey
Lara’s path began in 2001, during a personal health crisis. Seeking relief, she experimented with a self-built kaleidoscope — a moment that became a spontaneous, visionary transmission of light-based knowledge.
This early experience formed the foundation of Kaleidoscopic Somatics™, a modality grounded in lived insight and shaped by clinical practice, artistic exploration, and spiritual inquiry.
Her work has since evolved into a therapeutic language that speaks directly to the nervous system, the emotional body, and the deeper field of symbolic resonance. Through private sessions, group retreats, installations, and Light Literacy™ training, she continues to share this growing body of work with those called to remember their light.
