On Line Sessions

Online sessions offer a simple way to receive guided colour-based support and deep listening wherever you are. We work through conversation, breath, attention, and imagery. Where appropriate, I’ll guide gentle colour practices you can do in your own space using what you already have available (a screen, a coloured object, natural light, or a simple visual focus).

You can book an online session for nervous system support, emotional clarity, life transitions, grief and integration work, or simply to regain your inner bearings when everything feels too loud.

How an online session works

We meet on a video call. We start by slowing down and tracking what’s present — not just the story, but the body’s signals: pace, tone, tension, fatigue, agitation, numbness, overwhelm.

From there I guide a process that may include:

A short settling practice to stabilise the nervous system
Focused inquiry to clarify what you’re actually carrying
Colour-based orientation (simple, practical, and tailored)
Integration: what to do afterwards so the shift holds

This is not a medical service and it’s not a substitute for psychological or psychiatric care. It is a supportive, perceptual practice designed to help you regulate, orient, and return to yourself.

Why people often prefer online

Being at home can help the body settle more quickly
Some clients find it easier to speak honestly with a little distance
Integration is often smoother because you don’t have to travel afterwards
It’s flexible for busy lives, travel, relocation, and remote locations

Who it’s a good fit for

If you’re feeling burnt out, overstimulated, or emotionally flooded
If you need support moving through grief, change, or recovery
If you’re working with anxiety, shutdown, or chronic stress patterns
If you want grounded guidance without being “fixed” or pushed

Practical details

Sessions are held via a secure video platform. Payment is made in advance and your appointment is confirmed by email. You’ll receive a short note afterwards with any simple practices we chose, so you don’t have to remember everything.
