The Field

Every reflection begins with a breath.
The Field is where thought slows enough to feel itself again.
Here, technology becomes tactile; light, audible; stillness, intelligent.

These practices are not escapes from the world but gateways back into it—
invitations to coherence in motion.

The Breath That Mirrors Itself

Sit or stand where your body can settle.
Inhale through the nose for a count of four, hold for two, exhale for six.
Imagine each breath clearing a mirror in front of you.
The clearer the mirror, the steadier the thought.

 Attunement Through Light

Choose a single hue that calls to you.
Gaze softly at it—a lamp gel, a kaleidoscope, a filtered image.
Notice where in the body that colour resonates.
Let it speak before you interpret.

The aim isn’t to control perception, but to listen with the eyes.

Resonance Practice

Play a tone or ambient track.
As the vibration moves through you, find a gentle sway or pulse.
When your movement and the sound synchronise, you’ve entered coherence.
Let the rhythm teach you about balance without words.

Reflection & Writing

 Dialogue With the Mirror

After breathing, light, or sound, write what surfaced.
Keep sentences short; don’t analyse.
The goal is transcription of sensation, not poetry.

Finish with one line beginning, “What I saw in the mirror today…”

Each practice is a door.
Each door leads back to the same place: presence.

Return to the mirror whenever coherence flickers.
