Roots of work

The Mirror Stewardship system didn’t appear overnight. It grew out of decades of practice: from the first kaleidoscope sessions and colour-body work, to retreats by the ocean, to private sessions where the mirror revealed both shadow and beauty. Each season of practice has shaped this system into something that holds coherence today. For over twenty years I have been guiding light sessions, retreats, and creative healing journeys , this has formed the soil out of which Mirror Stewardship has grown.

Since then, I’ve hosted seasonal Light Retreats in South Africa, weaving colour therapy, coherence immersion therapy, and collective reflection

This isn’t new work for me. For more than twenty years I’ve been holding retreats, leading light sessions, and building practices of reflection. Mirror Stewardship is the name I now give to what has always been at the heart of my path.

Mirror Stewardship — FAQ

1. What is Mirror Stewardship?
Mirror Stewardship is the name I give to the work I’ve carried for more than twenty years — light sessions, retreats, and symbolic practices that help people see themselves clearly. It’s about keeping the mirror clear in a world full of distortion, and offering tools that hold both beauty and shadow with integrity.

2. Why can’t I access everything I see mentioned?
Some tools are made public — like the Mirror Pack, Mirror Prompts, and open resources. Others are kept in practitioner-only training. This isn’t secrecy for secrecy’s sake; it’s stewardship. Certain practices need context and care so they’re used safely and as they were intended.

3. How can I get involved?
You can start with the public tools — explore the Mirror Pack, try the prompts, or join a retreat. If you feel called to train more deeply, practitioner pathways are available by application. All levels of access are designed to honour the same principle: keeping the mirror clear.
