I went to Lara while working through trauma and immediately I could feel a difference just being in her presence - she gives off a lightness and playfulness that cannot be fully expressed with words - only experienced - Simone “When Lara and I first talked about Light therapy, I thought: There we go another hippy type treatment that's supposed to heal my ailments and make me a better person" I soon found out that Lara was not a hippy but a true scientist with an inquiring mind. Always deepening her knowledge on the subject of Light therapy and always professional and punctual. In 2008 my Mother was dying of cancer. She was in constant pain resulting in 5ml of morphine every hour. I asked Lara to come and treat my Mom to see if there was anyway we could lessen the pain. 1st Lara explained the health benefits of Light therapy. Then she discussed the root of the problem after which she started the projector and the light treatment. It all went pretty darn well considering the fact that my Mom didn't believe in science and didn't believe that science could help her. After a 1 hour session my Moms disposition was considerably brighter. And for one full day she was off her normal morphine routine. I believe that Lara's scientific skill is one that is much needed in today's society. Not only can she assist in the healing process, but her treatments and kaleidoscopes balances right and left brain,. Meaning a lessened stress level, higher creativity and more focus in the chaotic world we live in. I recommend her services to anyone with an open mind and open heart. -

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with rhythm in different forms. I expressed it mainly through poetry, dancing and drumming. I enjoyed any sort of rhythmic movement tremendously, so danced a lot at home by myself, but did not feel I could really let myself go in public. A few years ago, I met Lara light and experienced some of her Colour Vision workshops. With deep understanding, stunning colour processes and her own unique methods, she helped me to find the core within myself which enabled me to “dance as though there was no-one watching”. It has been a joy and a release to me, and I got to know myself well enough to trust my own judgement. We lost touch with each other for a few years. I’d been through some negative periods. I’d staggered and almost fallen on the snakes and ladders of alternate depression and euphoria. Struggling through these jagged paths was like groping my way through an endless patchwork of grey clouds, interspersed with sunshine. It seemed that the sunshine was constantly being swallowed up by the mists of depression. Then I connected with Lara again a few years ago. After a few more Colour Vision sessions, I began to experience a subtle but powerful change. It’s hard to define. It has to be felt to be believed. The grey clouds were dispersed by rainbows lighting up my misty crevices... I found it easier to be positive, and my dependence on the approval of others diminished dramatically. The radiant ME is emerging, The rainbows are internalised. It’s never too late to dance in the light. Thank you Lara.

Using colour therapy and Quantum Energy Coaching. Lara has helped me deal with chronic and acute pain in my feet. I have to state up-front that I was a total sceptic, but she offered to help me and Iave been desperate enough about the pain that I was willing to try anything. She is a calm, gentle presence throughout the process, using 3 colours of light to promote healing, while simultaneously guiding me to explore my core beliefs about my pain, my fee and my body. I had several "lightbulb moments throughout the process, and have been able to link unhealthy core beliefs to how my body is feeling. I have noticed a marked improvement already. 2 things impressed me most: This happened in 2 short sessions and Lara pointed out that her goal is always to train her clients to depend on themselves for healing, rather than relying on her, as happens with long-term pscholtherapy, for example. It feels good to be in charge of my healing, using the tools she provided. Also, she never claimed this would be a cure-all panacea, as so many alternative practitioners do. She acknowledged up front that there has been actual physical damage to the joints and tendons, and so the process is to promote healing and help manage the pain and difficulties that come with that injury, not make it all magically go away. That appealed to the sceptic in me. Thanks so much for the help Lara, it is deeply appreciated.

My life fell apart and I had no control. I was broke, my relationship came to a terrible end. I sold my business for next to nothing, let my clients down and found myself waking up in a doctors room after a complete breakdown. I drove away from friends, family and my relationship. I am quite intoxicated with the scope; it is so inspiring. I often find the existence of Earth quite dull (that sounds quite weird and jaded, but I truly feel it that way), and then it makes me feel strangely ungrateful, which I don’t want to be, because I really and truly believe all is by the will of the ‘most high.’ I remember very bright visions from when I was a kid; everything was dipped in fairy dust. Slowly, slowly, imperceptibly, everything turned monochromatic, in shades of grey. Then I look to the outside world for color; it is not always there, but the scope gives an inkling of the highly colorful inner life of everything. It truly is a blast. I get a lot of energy from it.
