Meet Your Co-Facilitator: Lara Light
Founder of Essensual Retreats | Colour Therapist | Kaleidoscopic Light Practitioner
Lara is a pioneering light therapist who has been working with colour and consciousness since 2002. With a background in medical response care and a deep-rooted passion for energy medicine, she developed a unique modality using kaleidoscopic light, mirror geometry, and symbolic resonance to help clients recalibrate their inner state and reconnect with clarity, coherence, and joy.
She is the founder of Essensual Retreats, a platform dedicated to intuitive transformation through light, nature, and presence-based practices. Lara has hosted and co-facilitated retreats across South Africa for over 20 years, combining her training in colour therapy, crystal resonance, and vibrational intelligence with her gift for guiding people inward.
Lara believes healing is not about fixing—it’s about remembering who we are beneath the noise. Her sessions offer clients a way to see themselves anew, often evoking deep calm, spontaneous insight, or a gentle return to wholeness.
