Join us for a five-day immersive retreat exploring perception, coherence, nature and the intelligence of light within one of South Africa’s most remarkable ancient landscapes.
Rather than escaping everyday life, this retreat offers an opportunity to return to what is already present beneath the noise.
Through movement, breath, colour, sound, reflection and time spent in nature, we explore practical ways of cultivating clarity, resilience and embodied awareness.
Together we will walk the land, spend time within the ancient stone circles, gather around the fire, and create space for genuine conversation, rest and discovery.
