Hi, I’m Lara. My work lives where light, body, beauty, presence, and perception meet.

I help people remember who they are through colour resonance, mirror geometry, and somatic visioning. I’m both guide and student of light — a listener, a builder, a translator. Everything I share comes from lived experience.

What I offer blends colour therapy, sacred geometry, mirror field work, and light projection. It’s work that touches the nervous system, the emotional body, and the deeper symbolic layers of who we are.

Meet the Work

For more than two decades I’ve been exploring how light and colour speak directly to us. This exploration became the foundation of Light Literacy™, a framework that helps people recalibrate perception, restore coherence, and reconnect to the language of light.

My path also gave birth to Mirror Stewardship™ — a global practice of holding coherence in a world where perception is constantly being hijacked. Mirror Stewardship is about learning to stand as a clear reflection for others, to discern resonance from distortion, and to keep beauty and presence at the centre of how we live.

Alongside this, I create handcrafted kaleidoscopes and large-scale installations for retreats, healing spaces, and immersive experiences. My art lives where therapy meets aesthetics — where transformation is both felt and seen.

A Personal Journey

This journey began back in 2001 during a personal health crisis. In search of relief, I began looking through kaleidoscopes we had built — and what started as play became a visionary transmission of light-based knowledge.

That moment shaped what later became Kaleidoscopic Somatics™: a way of working with light, body, and geometry that’s rooted in lived experience, and continually refined through practice, artistic exploration, and spiritual inquiry.

Over the years, the work has unfolded into a living language — one that can be taught, practiced, and shared. Today, through private sessions, retreats, and global training, I continue to expand this practice of Light Literacy™ and Mirror Stewardship with those called to remember their own light.

I am living an authentic life, creating a ancient path that is reemerging as I work as a kaleidoscopic light therapist, intuitive system builder, and creator of the Light Literacy™ framework — a colour-based modality that activates inner coherence through somatic and perceptual recalibration.

My work blends colour therapy, sacred geometry, mirror field work, and light projection to support emotional integration, symbolic insight, and embodied presence. Drawing from over two decades of practice,I now teach others how to read, trust, and respond to the language of light.
