Start here, when you can’t think clearly
There are times when even the smallest decision feels difficult.
You may find yourself thinking about the same problem repeatedly, questioning choices you would normally make with ease, or feeling as though your attention is being pulled in too many directions.
We often respond by thinking harder. We search for more information, ask more people for advice, or try to force ourselves into making a decision.
But perhaps what we need first is not another answer.
Perhaps we need to notice what is happening to our attention.
Clarity begins with attention
When everything feels urgent, it can become difficult to distinguish what genuinely matters from what is simply demanding a response.
Try something simple.
Place both feet on the floor. Look around the room slowly. Notice three colours. Notice where your attention naturally settles.
Then ask yourself:
What is actually asking for my attention right now?
Not everything. Just one thing.
This is a small beginning, but it introduces a different relationship with the moment. Rather than chasing every thought, you begin to observe your own response.
A different way of working with clarity
In my private Light Literacy™ sessions, we explore how attention, colour, perception and bodily awareness influence the way we experience ourselves and our circumstances.
I don’t tell you what your experience means or make your decisions for you.
We create the conditions for you to observe more clearly, explore your responses and discover what may have been difficult to recognise amid the noise.
Sometimes clarity begins with a single moment of noticing.
Would you like some dedicated space to explore what is happening for you?
I offer private online sessions for people seeking greater focus, perspective and a clearer sense of direction.
