I am an artist, perceptual systems designer, and founder of Light Literacy™.
My work explores how light, atmosphere, perception, and embodied awareness influence the way people experience themselves, each other, and the environments they move through
I create immersive perceptual environments, handcrafted optical instruments, and observational frameworks exploring the relationship between light, atmosphere, perception, and human coherence.
My work includes one-to-one sessions, retreats, installations, and ongoing research into sensory environments and embodied awareness.
I started making kaleidoscopes in 1996 with Turid Bergstedt. Then, in 2001, during a period of personal health challenge, I began experimenting with kaleidoscopic light as a way to steady perception.
My work continues to evolve through observation, installation, research, and the design of environments that support clarity, recovery, and human coherence.
